goodisinthedetailsWhen I saw this, I thought, “Yes! It’s not just me!” I’d go one step further, though, and say that great is in the details.

You might have a valuable product or service, but your customers have lots of choices. By nailing all the details of their experience, you give them more reasons to choose you

  • spotless facilities
  • painless ways to contact you
  • pleasant (not just adequate) interactions with your employees
  • excellent two-way communication with you – in all forms: web, phone, print, advertising

The more often you exceed their expectations, the better.

My goal for this space is to share and learn about examples – good and bad – of all these details and more. Anything that will help our business or personal communications be better.

So, it’s your turn to share. How do you make your interactions excellent?
