Deva is a nice little place with a great atmosphere. There’s a beautiful wall mural and easy access to the antique store next door in case you need to shop after lunch.
Our experience was fine – not extraordinarily terrible or fabulous. I’d go again, but don’t feel the need to make it a weekly ritual or anything. My chicken caesar salad was good. One lunchmate loved his clam chowder and the other thought their veggie sandwich was good.
The highlight was probably meeting two new people – @seaners and @timhayz. This was one of my main goals for my lunch tour. You find out people have more in common than you might think. Although I’ll never like a veggie sandwich.
