What in the world does that mean?

You know the saying “Make sure you cross all the Ts and dot all the Is.” It’s about paying attention to every last detail. When you publish a blog post, mail a letter, run an ad, display a sign or interact with the client, every last detail matters. Anything that is unprofessional or less than excellent is a mark against you in your client’s mind.

You may not think that a misspelled word, mangled grammar or a poor customer experience are important, but if a client can’t trust you to fix those easy things, how can they trust you to produce a quality product? And since those things aren’t easy for everyone to fix, that’s where I come in!

So when it comes to presenting yourself or your business to the world, pay attention to every last detail. Cross the Ts, and those Is? Dott’em!
