Basic proofreading
Checking for such things as spelling and punctuation errors, incorrect grammar usage, etc.

More extensive copyediting and/or layout consultation
In addition to basic proofreading, this includes improving the logical flow and clarity of the text, or rearranging the provided elements to make a more pleasing and productive layout.

Graphic design
This process involves discussing with you what you want to achieve, what resources you may already have (graphic elements, copy, etc.) and what resources need to be developed to put your piece together to get your message out in the most effective manner.
